A selection of projects we have delivered and supported over the years: government platforms, universities, community organisations and commercial sites, alongside the open-source tools that came out of the work.
Each project page describes what the engagement involved, the technologies used and the outcome. Where a site is public or the code is open source, it is linked.

An online retailer selling replacement parts for household appliances lives or dies on one question: will this fit my machine? We are building the answer into one such business, from a new brand to structured compatibility data and a fitment search.
When an automated browser test fails in a build, the log tells you which check did not pass, not what the page actually looked like. We build and maintain an open-source Behat extension that captures the page itself, automatically on failure or on demand mid-test.
Almost every project carries its own hand-written block of code that works out which environment it is running in. environment-detector is our open-source library that answers that question properly, the same way, on every hosting platform.
Government websites are built inside an identity that has already been decided, and the real cost hides in the components. In 2024 we provided the Drupal engineering behind a public website for an Australian Defence portfolio agency, as the build partner to a Canberra digital agency.
The Climate Change Authority publishes the advice it gives the Australian Government, and its website is where that record lives. In 2023 we moved the site onto CivicTheme, the Australian government design system.

The scripts that provision, deploy and back up a platform run with real credentials against real data, and they are usually the last piece of code anyone thinks to test. bats-helpers is our open-source library that makes testing them practical.
Public-sector teams keep rebuilding the same accessible components, site after site. CivicTheme, published by Salsa Digital, turns that repeated cost into one maintained open-source design system, and we have engineered it since its first commit in 2021.
Plenty of hosting platforms deploy whatever sits on a git branch, which means the thing you push has to be exactly what production needs and nothing else. git-artifact is our open-source tool that builds that package in CI and pushes it safely, and it has been in service since 2017.
Almost every Drupal project writes the same forty or fifty automated test steps from scratch, then owns them forever. behat-steps is our open-source library of those steps, written once and maintained since 2018.
Health advice, concessions, housing, disability and family services. Between 2018 and 2021 we provided the platform engineering, migration and front-end work across four parts of the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services' web estate, in partnership with Salsa Digital.
Selling electricity and gas online means pricing one specific address before you can quote it, and everything after that is regulated. We provided the Drupal architecture and platform engineering behind one national energy retailer's replatform.
